How it works
We start by getting to know your business.
A short questionnaire and a brainstorming session help us understand your story, what's worked before, what hasn't, and what actually matters to you. This means we get it close to right the first time, and you're not wasting time repeating the past or fixing things in the edit.

We plan it out together.
We'll look at what's working for you and others in your space, then map out what we'll film. You'll know what to expect on the day, which means you can line up people, your location and props ahead of time, and walk in feeling prepared rather than put on the spot.
We provide you with a filming plan that maps out what we are working to capture. This includes dot points and questions we are going to answer - but there is not a script that you have to learn ahead of time, we will work through it step by step on the day using your existing expert knowledge.

We film you.
We come to you, bringing our gear and expertise, all you need to do is be in front of the camera working through the plan we have already agreed. On the day, you're talking to a person, not just a camera. With 20+ years of journalism experience behind the lens, we know how to put people at ease and draw out the answers that actually connect with your audience. We film in the order that's easiest for you, and keep things structured so nothing gets missed. We also make it flexible enough that if something amazing comes up or something isn’t quite working we can adapt.

We edit it.
This is where the hours of footage become 13 polished, professional videos, framed and formatted for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You'll review the first two before we finish the rest, so you're confident in the direction before we run with it.
We help you understand what worked.
Once your videos are live, we review how they performed, so we can keep improving with every quarter.
